BIPOC Satsang: Days of Navratras – Who is Siddhi Ma?
October 16, 2023 @ 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm PDT
Before Maharajji decided to leave his body, he left his ashrams and devotees under the care of Siddhi Ma, one of his oldest devotees. According to Ram Dass “since the time that Maharajji left His body, He started manifesting more and more through Siddhi Ma’s transmission. She conveyed the love that Maharajji is; she was an extension of that unconditional love.” In today’s session we will explore the life and teachings of Siddhi Ma. We recognize that as a woman of color from India, Siddhi Ma had a unique perspective different from that of the many Western devotees through which we have learned so much about Maharajji. And it is our hope that through exploring this perspective, we as BIPOC devotees of Neem Karoli Baba, may begin to better understand our own relationships with our guru. Ram Ram.
For those who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color.
