The process is realizing that you and I exist on more than one plane of awareness simultaneously and on one plane suffering stinks, and on another plane suffering is grace. The question is, Can you balance those two things in your consciousness?

Powerful…Woke with the opening music in my head this morning. Now know why.
Wow was listening and Ram Dass got to the part of when people ask him if he is happy or sad and essentially he responded in the end that he is both and that living with both means living with wisdom. This podcast awakened in me the end of all duality not just emotional duality of happiness and sadness. But we are all one in the great sea. It is awesome I am grateful for this podcast.
This wonderful podcast with Raghu and Ram Dass reminds me of a sweet little wise song, “Row, Row, Row your boat, Gently down the stream…..Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily…..Life is but a dream….” As I observe and drop the ego’s fears and desires, I see how ego lives in the dream of the soul, and, as a soul, I can really and truly love. While I am in this body where ego has so greatly had its way on center stage, I see ever more clearly how that scenario is playing on a stage, and while I value and honor my life and experience as a human being, I most closely embrace awareness as a Soul, feeling the beat of my Spiritual Heart, of all our beings being One Spiritual Heart, ever connected, our stories interfacing and erasing, as we yearn for and become One with The Beloved. With Love and Gratitude for Light and Love, and for this deep insight on embracing suffering as we live the Mystery. Namaste, Swann
