Ram Dass explains the ‘still, small voice’ of Spirit within, that pulls us toward God. He helps us understand what a guru is, and that a guru’s love is unconditional. Gurus, in earthly form, stay in separation in order to bring us to God. No matter what, they are with us always, even if we don’t know them in this lifetime.
Ram Dass also leads a deep meditation – breathing into the heart, out and up through the chakras, going over the body, and above the head. He helps us to understand that the core of what we think is true of ourselves is changed as we move into the spirit. ‘We are what we are, and what we are is God’. (Rowe, MA – 5/25/1975)
